Dragons’ Caswell Smith Sets College Choice

College of Charleston,  that was the choice of Dragons’ very own Caswell Smith on Wednesday as he took part in the National Signing Day.  Caswell is a 4-year starter for the Pickens County High School baseball team.

Coach Williams stated, “Caswell has earned this opportunity to play at the college level.”  Smith throughout his high school career has shown his dedication and desire to play the game he loves.  During the summer, Smith is in the weight room at 5:45 AM and plays summer baseball when he could have held a summer job or doing anything other than baseball.  The 2019 season will have Smith on the pitcher’s mound doing what he does best…..Baseball.
