Ronnie Larry Crook

Ronnie Larry Crook, age 69, of Ranger, Georgia passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper. He was born in Pickens County to Weldon and Mamie Crook.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Kristina Crook of Ranger; son and fiance, Wesley Crook and Armanda Cantrell of Ranger; grandchildren, Joseph Crook, Kolbi Crook, and Madison Crook; brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Martha Crook of Fairmount; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and Kenneth Townsend of Fairmount. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Mr. Crook was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda West Crook.
The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home and Crematory, Tuesday, June 11, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Thursday 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at East Damascus Church with Reverend Daniel McCoy, Reverend Russell Nations, Reverend Gerald Sinard and Reverend Roger Townley officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will accept flowers or donations can be made to East Damascus Baptist Church in honor of Ronnie.
