Man is Charged Following a Traffic Stop

On Saturday, December 5, at approximately 2:30 am, deputies arrested Thomas Brookshire for trafficking amounts of methamphetamine following a traffic stop. 27.61 ounces of methamphetamine were confiscated as well as small amounts of other narcotics. His charges include:
– Misdemeanor, Move Over Law
– Misdemeanor, Driving on a Suspended License
– Felony, Trafficking in Methamphetamine or Amphetamine
– Misdemeanor, Dangerous Drugs
– Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance
This is the fifth arrest involving trafficking amounts of narcotics in the last two months, two of which have originated from traffic stop.
