Mrs. Bessie Mae Hamby : Obituary

Mrs. Bessie Mae Hamby, age 82 of Nelson, passed away on Tuesday morning, September 6, 2011 at Cartersville Medical Center. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6PM to 9PM and Wednesday, September 7th from 8AM until prior to the Funeral Hour.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 4PM on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Reverend Harold Bottoms officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include her Daughter and Son-In-Law: Karen and Joe Jordan of Ball Ground; Brother and Sister-In-Law: Leon and Paulette Richards of Tate; Grandson and Granddaughter-In-Law: Wesley and Misty Jordan; Great-Grandson: Conner Jordan; Several Nieces and Nephews. Mrs. Hamby was preceded in death by her Husband: Paul Hamby, An Infant Son: David Hamby, Brother: Bill Richards, Sister: Lucille O’Shields and Parents: Vernie and Katie Richards.

The Family will accept flowers or Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Cagle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
