Annie’s Restaurant Fire Ruled Arson

Glen Allen, a spokesman for the Georgia Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner, informed FYN on Monday afternoon that the fire that caused approximately $100,000 worth of damage to Annie’s Restaurant in Jasper has been ruled an arson. Allen also stated that anyone that had information on the fire needed to call 800-282-5804.
Annie’s Restaurant caught on fire on Saturday, April 13th and was contained to the storage room, which resulted in heat and smoke damage to the interior.

FYN will update the situation once more information regarding the arson becomes available.
