Mr. Billy Lamar Weaver, age 56 of Jasper, Georgia died Wednesday, July 31, 2003 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, Georgia. Born May 15, 1957 in Tate, Georgia, he was the son of the late William Edward Weaver and Katherine Yvonne Crowe Weaver. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jack Weaver. Mr. Weaver had worked for Pickens County at the waste management station and was a member of the Bethesda Baptist Church in Nelson, Georgia.
Survivors include, HIS WIFE, Debra Cochran of Jasper, Ga.; DAUGHTER, Jill Weaver of Cumming, Ga.; SISTERS, Marie Scott of Jasper, Ga.; Linda Weaver of Cumming, Ga.; BROTHER, Jim Weaver of Ellijay, Ga.; NIECES & NEPHEWS, Nathan Brock, Julie Stovall, Daniel Stovall, Trevor Weaver, Christina Weaver and Melissa Weaver. Other Relatives also survive.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 2, 2013 at the Roper Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Franklin King will officiate.
The family will receive friends at Roper Funeral Home on Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
