Daily Prayer: 10/24/2014

“A wise son heareth his father’s instruction: but a scorner heareth not rebuke.” Proverbs 13:1
You have been good to us, O Lord, in giving us a glorious heritage of faith. We thank you for Christian parents who guided us into spiritual truth and exposed us to a better way of living.

We pray for parents who are having difficulty with their children. May they come to understand that a strong faith in you influences children to be their best, and that without religious training children have a greater chance of going wrong.

May Christ be exalted in our homes.
