Carl William Pendley, age 75, of Jasper passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper.He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Pendley of Jasper; children, Carl and Regina Pendley of Jasper, Cheryl Pendley of Jasper, Ann Pendley of Jasper, Brad and Tammy Pendley of Ball Ground, Patricia and Jerome Dale of Canton, Sandra Benefield of Jasper, Allen Merrell of Jasper, Ricky Merrell of Warner Robbins; sisters, Christine Walker of Jasper and Lillian Mercer of Jasper. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.
The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Burnt Mountain Baptist Church with Reverend Gene Childers and Reverend Steve Chadwick officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at Roper Funeral Home.
