Colossians 3:13 “Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against you; even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.”O bearer of men’s burdens, refuge for the weary, hope for the hopeless, and light for those in darkness, we bow before you in humility. You are all to us. Without you life would be out of joint. We rejoice in our sin-bearer, Jesus, who qualified in every way to bear our sins and bore them in His own body on the tree.
Give us grace today to be patient with the impatience of others; forgiving the hurts and injustices done by those who are inconsiderate. Develop in us a spirit of forgiveness prompted by your great forgiveness for us.
