On Trump’s Moratorium on Muslim Immigration

I think Trump is absolutely right! Consider the constitutional religious argument:

Freedom of Religion belongs to the citizens of this nation, not to the rest of the world.

Enforcement of our religious rights stops at our borders.  Apparently, some politicians do not understand that all Liberties, broad though they may be, have limits beyond which the Liberty is abused. Politicians who do not understand this, will be held to account.

Any philosophy, religious or otherwise, that advocates the violent overthrow of our nation constitutes one of those prohibitions. Under the language of Title 8 of the US Code, any person claiming the Qur’an as the rule and guide for their faith and practices are, by logical thinking, to be excluded from even being allowed to enter this country!

Seventy years ago, we got wise and didn’t allow National Socialism to take root here although they did have their “Bund” organizations for awhile with flags, rally’s and uniforms and fervent German immigrant members goose-stepping around the cities. Their book was Mein Kampf.

Now, it appears that our politicians today have not taken the time to understand the Qur’an, the Islamic version of Mein Kampf.  If one does read and understand their book, then how can any rational thinking person accept the idea that it is okay in our day and age, for some religious crackpot to murder women and children, burn alive captives, or make slaves of them, simply because they don’t believe the way Islam wants them to, as the Koran dictates?

Do Muslims believe they will go to Paradise for their efforts because God loves them for what they do in his name?  Who can read the Shariah, that commands the violently overthrow of governments, even ours as corrupted it is, and not say Yes?

 

The Qur’an takes its place along side the Communist Manifesto and Mein Kampf, as blue prints to evil. To its credit, the Koran makes plain who its enemies is, it’s us infidels.

Politicians took an oath to protect us from All enemies, foreign and domestic They consistently fail to fulfill their oaths. The blood of San Bernardino is a stain on their oaths and chargeable to their accounts. What does it mean to take that oath?  It means upholding and enforcing the requirements of all the Federal Statutes … not just some of them.

Title 8 of the US Code deals with Immigration, specifically the definition and provisions dealing with terrorism!.  A provision in it prohibits certain people doing specific things, even from setting foot on American soil, period!

 

To our political “elites”, Trump’s comments sounded irresponsible. They were not! Trump’s remarks went straight to the heart of the problem that all politicians choose to ignore, the invasion and subjugation of our country by Islamic stealth.

 

Is it irresponsible to expect that our political leaders should read our laws to understand that some of the protections for this Nation are contained therein? Keeping some people out, those who want to overthrow this government in favor of their religious dogma by violence and bigotry, just happens to be one of those laws!  Trump has removed the scab of our governments immigration deception and the American people are wising-up to what they are doing. Brutally, San Bernardino helped shine light on the dangers facing us. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (13 Dec 2015).
