Mr. John Emory Bowers: Obituary

Mr. John Emory Bowers, age 69 of Ball Ground, passed away Monday September 26, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Bowers is survived by his mother: Eunice Bowers of Ball Ground; daughter and son-in-law: Lynn & Mike Grimes of Jasper; sisters and brother-in-law: Willene & Abary Bell of Ball Ground and Sheila Jarrett of Ball Ground; grandchildren: Chris Jarrett of Jasper, Seaton Grimes of Jasper, and Seth Grimes of Jasper; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin Tuesday September 27, 2016 from 12 noon until 10:00pm, Wednesday from 8:00am until 10:00pm, and on Thursday from 8:00am until prior to the funeral service. The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs. Chris White and James Samples officiating. Interment at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will accept flowers or make donations to Cagle Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.

Cagle Funeral Home is honored to serve the Bowers family.
