Rosanna Cyr Lucian, age 96, of Jasper, Georgia passed into eternal rest on January 16, 2017. Rosanna was born in Quebec, Canada on October 22, 1920 to Jeanne and John Cyr.
Rosanna immigrated to the United States in the 1930’s. She married Leonard Lucian of Waterbury, Connecticut on January 20, 1947.
Rosanna is survived by her daughter, Marguerite Lucian of Jasper, GA; son, Vincent Lucian of Jasper, GA; 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard Lucian; father, John Cyr; mother, Jeanne Cyr; and all 12 siblings.
The family requests privacy during their time of grieving and will conduct a closed, private viewing for immediate family members only on Saturday, January 21, 2017, at Roper Funeral Home in Jasper, GA. The family would like to extend their gratitude to everyone for their prayers and thoughts during this difficult time.
