Mr. Harper is survived by his wife of 51 years, Judith Ann Harper of Jasper, Daughters and Sons-in-Law: Karen Sue & Dale Anderson of Canton, Martha LaVon & Jerry Labori of Fort Pierce, FL, Rebecca Lynn & Perry Woods of Dundee, FL, Sister: Anna Fern Pilsen of Bagdad, KY, Nine Grandchildren, Seventeen Great-Grandchildren and Several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Harper is proceeded in death by his son Allen Duane Harper and Brother Willard Harper.
Visitation will be Thursday November 2, 2017 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and Friday November 3, 2017 from 10:00am until the service hour.
A memorial service will be held in the Cagle Funeral Home Chapel Friday November 3, 2017 At 5:00pm Revs. Larry Phillips and Marshall Clack officiating
The family will accept flowers or donations to Cagle Funeral Home to help with funeral cost.
