Jerry Roger Woodall, age 78, of Jasper, passed away Monday, January 20, 2020 at his home. He was born May 16, 1941 to Lewis and Elanore Woodall in Cherokee County.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Patsy Woodall of Jasper; son and daughter-in-law, Woody and Gail Woodall of Nashville, Tennessee; daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Charlie Holbert of Talking Rock; grandchildren, Dustin and Chelsey Woodall of Gainesville, Dylan Woodall of Cherokee County, John Holbert of Talking Rock, Josh Holbert of Talking Rock, Ella Holbert of Talking Rock; great-grandsons, Beau Woodall and on the way, Crew Woodall; and brother-in-law, Charles Coleman. He was preceded in death by his son, Jay Woodall.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2020 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Reverend Grant Wade and Reverend Charles Holbert officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Tuesday, January 21, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, January 22, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital, Cancer Wing.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
