Good Morning Chamber Members!

As you receive this weeks ChamberGram I am away at the University of Georgia, for my Fourth and FINAL Year of Institute for Organizational Management. I am proud to say I will come home a graduate of this program and very thankful to my Board over the past years who have allowed me to participate.

While I am gone, it’s a very quiet week at the Chamber as you’ll see with the Week at a Glance, but of course Madena will be here and ready to help with whatever you might need, so feel free to give her a call. The office will be closed for July 4th and 5th and I am sure many of you will be also celebrating the holiday with your friends and family!

July Business After Hours
Please join the Pickens County Chamber on Thursday, July 11, 2013 as The Episcopal Church of the Holy Family hosts the July Business After Hours. There will be food, fun and plenty of networking plus the cash drawing that will be held promptly at 6 p.m. Mark your calendars today!

First Friday Morning Mixer

We announced last week our new First Friday Morning Mixers, a new opportunity for Chamber Members, as well as the community, to come and network! First Friday Morning Mixers are very similar to our Business After-Hours except they will be held in the morning from 7:30-9:00 a.m. on the First Friday of each Month at the Sponsoring Business location. The Bank of North Georgia will Kick Off our first on August the 2nd so please mark your calendar to attend! Contact the Chamber for the benefits of sponsoring this event!
