Mr. James Michael Owens (Pork Chop), age 63 of Marble Hill, passed away at Northside Cherokee Hospital on Wednesday June 18, 2014.He is survived by his wife; Glenda Owens, brother & sister-in-law; David & Joyce Owens, sister & brother-in-law; Ann & Rev. Craig Higgins and several nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday June 19th from 6pm until 10pm, on Friday June 20th from 8am until 10pm and again on Saturday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm on Saturday at the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Craig Higgins officiating. The interment will follow in the Burnt Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will accept flowers but would prefer donations to Cagle Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
