Luke 10:21Our Father, we thank you for the revelation of the fact that Jesus lived a happy life here on the earth. Although there were many things that caused him sorrow, the prevailing atmosphere of his life was one of joy. His life nowhere gives the impression that his followers should be dull, drab people. He taught us how to enjoy life rather than how not to enjoy it.

We praise you for the blessings that you fill our lives with that cause us to rejoice. We have happy and full lives because we know Christ.
