Mr. Harold Joseph Pratt, age 73 of Jasper, Georgia died Friday, October 26, 2012, at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Born July 10, 1939 in Buffalo, NY, Mr. Pratt was the son of the late Joseph Francis Pratt and Philomena Gister Pratt. Mr. Pratt worked as an insurance executive for 25 years at Johnson and Higgins Insurance Brokers of Atlanta.

Survivors include, his wife, Colleen Gail Pratt of Jasper, GA, son, Christopher Russell Pratt of Chattanooga, TN, daughter, Kathryn Pratt Gaston of Houston, TX, sister, Diana Pratt Dice of Lilburn, GA, 4 grandchildren, and 1 niece also survive.

At his request, Mr. Pratt was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Pickens County Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 45, Jasper, GA 30143.
