Mr. John Lemon McArthur age 81 of Jasper who died on Saturday June 28th at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper.
He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Evans McArthur.

He is survived by his Son Danny McArthur, of Jasper, Daughters Bobbie Poole of Tate, Betty Poole & Pegi Pendley, both of Jasper, Sister & Brother-in-Law, Adel & Frank Roper of Yellow Creek, Sister Ovaline Smith of Jasper , Brothers Jack McArthur, Farrist McArthur, and Herman McArthur ,all of Talking Rock. 10 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren and several nieces & nephews also survive.

Funeral Services are Scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday from the Price Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Harold Cantrell & Rev. Lamar Cantrell Officiating with the interment to follow in the church cemetery.

The Family Will be receiving Friends on Monday June 30th from 3 until 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. and on Wednesday until the Funeral hour.
