Mrs. Kathryn Downes, age 85 of Jasper, passed away at Grandview Healthcare Center.Visitation will be held at Cagle Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 12th from 4PM to 10PM, Thursday, January 13th from 8AM to 10PM and Friday, January 14th from 8AM until prior to the Funeral Hour. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2PM on Friday, January 14, 2011 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Reverends Ricky Jarrett and Ron Grant officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include her Son: Robbie Downes of Marble Hill; Daughters: Patricia Johnson and Becky Johnson, both of Jasper and Linda Matney of Texas; Sisters: Dorothy Roberson and Willie Mae Brown, both of Marble Hill; 13 Grandchildren, 27 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Mrs. Downes was preceded in death by her Husband: Robert Downes and Grandson: Shane Hollifield.
