Mr. Roscoe Richards, Jr., age 88 of Jasper, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at his residence. Visitation will be held at Cagle Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 23rd from 5:30PM to 10PM, Thursday, February 24th from 8AM to 10PM and Friday, February 25th from 8AM until the Funeral Hour.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 1PM on Friday, February 25, 2011 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Reverend Edwin Weaver, Reverend Tim Pearson and Johnny Dean officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens with Local Chapter 47 DAV in charge of Military Graveside Services.

Survivors include his Son and Daughter-In-Law: Larry and Doris Richards of Jasper; Daughters and Sons-In-Law: Teresa and Charles Padgett, Laneve and James Anderson and Janet Penrod, all of Jasper; Brothers: James Richards of Alabama and Henry Richards of South Carolina; Sister: Joyce Sweat of Smyrna; Sisters-In-Law: Minnie Richards of Smyrna, Judy Floyd of Tennessee and Jewell Brooks of Jasper; Brother-In-Law: Thurman Wilson of Jasper; 9 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews.

The Family will accept flowers or Memorials may be made to Advantage Hospice in Ellijay.
