Mr. Jack William Tilley, age 72, of Jasper Georgia died June 23, 2011 at his residence following a period of declining health.Born on June 26, 1938, to the late Richard William and Grace Tilley. Mr. Tilley worked as a mechanic. Mr. Tilley was also preceded in death by His Sister, Emma T. Low, His Brothers, J.R. and Bob Tilley, and His Niece, Shirley L. Rothermell.

Survivors include, His wife of 50 years, Rose Ann Burgess Tilley of Jasper, Ga.; His Son and Daughter-in-law: William Scott and Robin Tilley, of Jasper, Ga.; His Daughter and Son-In-Law: Kristi and Dean Hill, of Jasper, Ga.; His Grandchildren: Gregory William and Whitney Tilley, of Jasper, Ga,: Ree and Brondy Davis, of Ellijay, GA,; and Brittney Hill, of Jasper, Ga; His Great-Grandchildren: Cainan and Kohan Davis, of Ellijay; His Raised Sister-In-Law, Dorothy B. Blankinship-Olen Blankinship, of Canton Ga.; His extended Family, Tara and Robbie Glover, of Canton, Ga.: Matt and Valerie Blankinship, of Talking Rock, Ga.: and Kelley and Jeremy Samples, of Canton, Ga.; His Extended Greats: Gracen Kennedy and Avery Glover, of Canton, Ga.; Caleb and Aiden Blankinship, of Taikng Rock, Ga.; and Hunter and Baby Jack Samples, of Canton, Ga.; His Sisters-In-Law: Jeanette Tilley, of Freehome, Ga.; and Christine Yarbrough, of Jasper, Ga.: Several Brother and Sisters-In-Law, Nieces, Nephews, and cousins also survive.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 AM Saturday, June 25, 2011, from the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Smith and Rev. Olen Blankinship officiating with the interment to follow at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Roper Funeral Home in Jasper, Georgia on Thursday, June 23, 2011 after 7 PM, from 10 AM to 10 PM on Friday, and until the funeral hour Saturday.
