Roper Funeral Home & Crematory announces the death of Mrs. Virginia Edwards age 75 of Nelson, who passed away at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.Funeral Service will be 11 AM Monday at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park.

She is survived by her Husband; James Edwards, Nelson: Daughters & Sons-in-Law; Shelia & Howard Stamey, Nelson; Marilyn & Wade Forrester, Tate: Son: George Edwards, Epworth: 5 Grandchildren and Several Great-Grandchildren also survive.

The family will be receiving friends on Saturday after 6 PM and all day Sunday and Monday until the funeral hour.
