Its week 15 with the Fetch Fitness Challenge. Brain has shared with all his challenges of reaching his weight goal of 190 pounds. Dealing with the dreaded plateau along with a hectic schedule Brian has not allowed these roadblocks get to the best of him. He continues to look ahead in his weight loss journey.

This week Brian experiences a new part of his weight loss journey. Brian joins Instructor Renee and other members of Bodyplex Jasper for the Saturday morning class of Bodypump.

Bodypump is a class which is set to music and weights. Participants choose their weights based on their preference and goals. All major muscle groups are worked with the focus towards muscle endurance.
