Mrs. Karen Gardner, age 68 of Jasper and formerly of South New Berlin, New York, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Memorial service held at her farm in Jasper on Sunday, May 27 at 2 p.m., surrounded by the plants and flowers she cherished throughout her lifetime.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Gardner, South New Berlin, New York; two daughters and sons-in-law: Lynette and Chris Purves, Cumming, GA and Alicia and Wade Miles, Canton, Ga; one step-brother and wife, Jeffrey and Amy Gardner, Oneonta, New York; five grandchildren: Caitlin Miles, Emily Purves, and Amethyst, Tiffany and Brandon Gardner.
