Mr. David (Toby) Cochran, age 52 of Jasper, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

He is survived by two Sons; Christopher Cochran & Timothy Burt, both of Marble Hill, two Daughters & Sons-in-law; Shannon & Leon Quarles, Tina & Michael Clayton, all of Ball Ground, 1 Brother; Danny Cochran of Jasper, 6 Grandchildren; Shanna Quarles, Zachary & Harley Long, Jacob, Chris & Matthew Clayton.

A Private Memorial Service will be at a later date with contact of Family and Friends by the Family.

The family request in Lieu of flowers make donations to Cagle Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
