Mr. Adam Chumley, age 28 of Fairmount, passed away at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital as the result of an accident. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 11 from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m., Thursday from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 13 at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev Randy Mulkey officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

Survivors are wife: Mollie Chumley, Fairmount; father and step-mother Philip and Laura Chumley, Fairmount; son Blaine Chumley, Fairmount; daughters: Dakota Thomas, Carmen Thomas, Ashlen Chumley, and Alyssa Chumley, all of Fairmount; sister and brother-in-law Jessica and Jon Chastain; one step-brother Norris Grahame; several nieces and nephews; very best friends: Harold Pendley, Daniel Blanton, Mitchell Childers, Jason Young, Brandon Waldon and everyone else.
