Mr. Jimmy Sewell, age 66 of Jasper, passed away Saturday Aug. 11, 2012, at his residence.

He is survived by his wife; Mildred Sewell of Jasper, 3 Sons & Daughters-in-laws; Jay Sewell of Columbus, Ga., Tim Sewell & Jennifier Cole of Jasper, Scrapper Sewell & Pam Martin of Jasper, 2 Step Daughters & Step-sons-in-laws; Selina & Rick Hales of Jasper, & Stacey & Jackie McClure of Jasper, 2 Brothers; Gerald Sewell of Gadsen Ala. & George Sewell of Dallas Ga., 1 Sister & Brother-in-law; Elaine & Tom Griffin of Colombus, Ga., 1 Sister-in-law & Brother-in-law; Diane & Jack Green of Jasper, 13 Granchildren, Several Great-Granchildren, Several Nieces & Nephews & a Host of Friends also survive. Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents; Bill & Ethel Sewell, 6 Brothers; Jack, W.J., Billy, Randy, Rudy, Willie Mark & 1 Sister; Barbara Ann Sewell.

The Funeral Service was 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs. Daryl Bailey, Jeremy Mullinax & Jack Green officiating, the interment followed directly after in Sharp Top Baptist Church Cemetery. The Following served as pallbearers; Scrapper Sewell, Zeb McAllister, Donnie Craig, Jackie McClure, Rick Hales & Tony Golden. Honorary Pallbearers were Will Sewell, Ronnie Sewell & Larry Lanton. The family did accept Flowers but prefer donations be made to Cagle Funeral Home to help with Funeral Expenses.
