Mr. Ben Bridges age 85 of Jasper who passed away Thursday November 1, 2012 at the Tranquility Hospice in Austell.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Leo Hampton officiating. Mr. Bridges will lie in state from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour. The interment will follow in Lake Forest Memorial Park.

He is survived by his children, Randy & Marcetia Bridges, Marietta, Joan Stanley, Tate, Melvin Bridges, Marietta, Allen Bridges, Tate, Jane & Charles Hooks, Kennesaw and Alisia Bridges, Kennesaw. Brother, Mark Bridges, Jasper, 21 grandchildren, 31 great Grandchildren, and 4 great-great Grandchildren also survive.

Mr. Bridges will be available for viewing after 2 PM Monday and all day Tuesday. A wake service will be from 6-8 PM Tuesday at Roper Funeral Home where the family will be receiving friends.
