Carolyn Sue Ellis, 69 of Jasper, Georgia died on Monday, January 7, 2013, at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

Born Tuesday, March 2, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Jordan and the late Dora Kelley.

She was a member of County Line Baptist Church.

Surviving are sons, Bo & Elaine Ellis of Jasper, GA and Terry & Vickie Ellis of Jasper, GA, daughters, Malinda Ellis Cochran Sandford of Fairmount, GA, Angie Ellis Troglin of Talking Rock, GA and Kim & Msgt. Paul Jordan of Warner Robins, GA, brother, Bobby & Helen Jordan of Talking Rock, GA; 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at County Line Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Townsend and Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating. Interment will be in County Line Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Roper Funeral Home, 206 Holly Street, Jasper, Georgia.
