The body remains at Roper Funeral Home where the family will receive friends, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday evening.

Born December 23, 1955 in Atlanta, Georgia, he was the son of the late George Lamar Potts and Ruthe Belle Millholland Potts.

Survivors include HIS SON, Travis Potts of Cumming, Ga.; SISTERS & BROTHERS-IN-LAW, Pauline and Larry Martin of Jasper, Ga.; LaVerne and Doug Johnston of Jasper, Ga.; BROTHER & SISTER-IN-LAW, Vernon and Tracey Potts of Ellijay, Ga.; Several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral Service are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Roper Funeral Home Chapel with the interment to follow in Arbor Hills Baptist Church Cemetery in Cherokee County.
