Mr. James Walter Carver, age 81 of Jasper, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Carver retired from Lockheed Martin Aircraft in Marietta.

He is survived by his Wife: Willie Grace Carver, Jasper, Son & Daughter-in-Law: Edward & Penny Carver, Jasper, Step Daughters & Step Son-in-Laws: Jeanette Lee, Jasper, Betty Jean & Guy Mullins, Jasper, Brothers: Preston Carver & Troy Carver, Jasper, Vernon Carver, Ryo Community and Deano Carver, Talking Rock, Sister: Eva Mae Blackwell, Jasper, 2 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild, 4 Step-Grandchildren and 5 Step-Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, February 26 at 4:30 pm, Wednesday 8 am until the funeral hour at 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 27, at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The Family is accepting flowers.
