Smiley is home! David Leister is very happy to let us know Smiley is back! Thanks to all that helped! Smiley is a Female Border Collie, 1 ½ years old with black collar, blue eyes. She is a rescue and very skittish. She was missing and had her family very concerned so we love happy endings!
