Mrs. Ora Dell Dean age 89 of Jasper who passed away on Monday August 5, 2013 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Dean, and Great-Grandson, Dustin Hightower.

Funeral Service will be 11 AM Wednesday August 7, 2013 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Rev. Wallace Parks and Rev. Marvin Young officiating. The interment will follow in the Ball Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

She is survived by her Son & Daughter-in-law, J W and Maxine Dean, Jasper, Sisters, Ruby Quarles and Pat Sanford, of Ellijay, Grandchildren, Carmen & Robby Lusk, Jasper, Andrea & Greg Logan, Jasper, Great-Grandchildren, Jessica Jones, Jerrica Hightower, Rachel Hutson, Ashley Logan, and Will Logan, Great-Great-Grandchildren, Kayleigh, Tatelynn, Abigail, and Myles, Brother-in-law, Larry Dean, Talking Rock, Sisters-in-law, Claudia Buckner and Minalee Mullinax, Jasper, Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10 AM until 9 PM and Wednesday morning from 9 AM until the funeral hour.

The family will accept flowers or those who desire may make contributions to the Good Samaritan Clinic in Jasper.
