Mrs. Eva Jane Prather Walker age 75 of Jasper who passed away at her home Sunday morning September 15, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Georgia Prather and husband Floyd Walker.

Funeral Service will be 2 PM Wednesday September 18, 2013 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Lawrence, Rev. Carter Payne and Rev. Kris Stancil officiating. The interment will follow in the Refuge Baptist Church Cemetery.

She is survived by her Son, Jerry D. “Jerky” Walker, Jasper, Daughter & Son-in-law, Becky & Jacky Bannister, Jasper, Brother & Sister-in-law, Harley “Buck” & Jessie Prather, Jasper, Nieces and Nephews also survive.

The family will be receiving friends after 10 Monday morning and all day Tuesday and Wednesday morning until the funeral hour.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home.
