The Pickens County Library is ready for Santa! Usually one would seek books when entering a library but this time of year, this library is known for its “Festival of Trees”.Local businesses and organizations bring in their themed trees and decorate them for all library guests to admire. This year several trees boast unique and handmade decorations. While taking in the spectacle, you are invited to vote for your favorite tree. Whichever garners the most votes gets to pick a book to put on library shelves for readers to enjoy.

The trees will be on display throughout the month of December.
