Mrs. Christine Williams, age 82 of Jasper, passed away at Embracing Hospice in Cumming on Monday December 9, 2013. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law; Brian & Leigh Williams of Jasper, Mark & Debbie Williams of Gainesville, brother and sister-in-law; Fenton & Beverly Strickland of Marietta, grandchildren; Lori & David Barett & Lacy Williams, great-grandchild; Ridge Barett and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; James T. Williams & sisters; Elizabeth Cartledge & Helen Prescott.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5pm till 8pm and again on Thursday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11am on Thursday at Jasper United Methodist Church with Revs. Chip Wilson & Max Caylor officiating. The interment will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
