Rocco’s Pub had a special visitor yesterday in the form of Jack Kingston who is seeking the Republican nomination for the Senate seat that retiring Senator Saxby Chambliss will be vacating.A crowd of well-wishers listened attentively as he explained his position and his main areas of emphasis: a strong military, balanced budget, regulatory overreaches, gas prices, welfare reform and tax simplification. A question and answer period followed.
