Mr. J L Davis, age 78 of Jasper, passed away early Friday morning February 14th 2014 at Wildwood Health Care. He is survived by his wife; Dorothy Davis, daughters & sons-in-law; Donna & Doug Evans, Debbie & Allan Hill, Sandra Fountain, sister; Edith Clark, grandchildren; Whitney & Cody Patterson, Kristen & Dustin Johnson, Ashlie & Josh Lairsey, Jordan Hill & Alexis Hill, great-grandchildren; Will & Julia Patterson and Emma & Isabella Johnson.The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6pm until 10pm, Saturday from 8am until 10pm and again on Sunday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm on Sunday at Sharp Top Baptist Church with Revs. Robert Allen & Darryl Bailey officiating. The interment will follow in the church cemetery.
