Mr. Chris Eugene Moss, age 50 of Talking Rock, GA died Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta. Chris was born March 8, 1963 in Canton, GA. He worked 25 years for Cherokee County as an IT Specialist, and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church for 34 years.
He is survived by his Wife, Tonya Moss, Talking Rock, Parents, Billy & Ruth Moss, Canton, Daughter & Son-in-law, Brittany & Lee Morgan, Talking Rock, Granddaughter, Payeton Marie Morgan, Talking Rock, several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins also survive.
The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Sunday after 2:00 pm all day Monday, and on Tuesday until the funeral hour.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Tuesday at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. James Thompson, Rev. Robert Allen, and Rev. Harold Cantrell officiating, with Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
Roper Funeral Home & Crematory in Jasper, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
