In Loving Memory of Mr. Jerry Fountain, age 66 of Jasper, entered into rest at his residence on Thursday, April 24, 2014.
Mr. Fountain is survived by his wife, Maxine Fountain; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Bernice Fountain, Joe and Shirley Fountain; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann and Richard Boltz, Jean and Jr Carver, Frances and Paul Millsap; special nephew and niece, Tyler Hughes and Ginger Blanton; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Fountain was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Emma Fountain; brothers John and Charlie Jay Fountain; sister, Dora Jane Silvers.

Visitation is Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Friday, April 25, 2014 from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday, April 26, 2014 8:00 am until the funeral hour.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. David Stuart officating and Eulogy by Ben Arp and Allison Holt.

Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Commital service by Joseph Holt.

The family is accepting flowers or donations to American Cancer Society.
