Mrs. Lora M. Padgett age 90 of Jasper, passed away Saturday April 25, 2014 at Piedmont Mountainside Medical Center.She is survived by one son: Raymond McDaniel of Blue Ridge, two daughters & sons-in-law: Pam & Freddy Eller of Jasper, Teressa & Charles Holcomb of Talking Rock, one step-son & daughter-in-law: Charles & Patsy Padgett of Blairsville, three brothers: Ronnie Timms of Cohutta, James Timms of Canton, Tommy Timms of Kingston, one sister: Faye Helton of Summerville, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services was scheduled for Monday April 28th 2014 at 2 PM from the Talona Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Dotson ,Rev. Jerry Banks, and Rev. Coy Richards officiating. The Interment was at Talona Baptist Church Cemetery.
