Katie O’Shields received a special scholarship award from the Pickens County Republican Party on May 6 during the PHS Awards Ceremony. She received the award for her essay and interview on the 4th Amendment.Teb Bowman, Chairman of the Pickens County GOP, proudly presented the $500 award to help further her education goals.

She has chosen The University of Georgia and will begin classes in the fall of 2014.
