Mr. Richard Ware, age 69, of Dawsonville passed away September 2, 2014 at his home after a four-year battle with cancer. Mr. Ware was born January 12, 1945 in Harford, Maryland to Paul Robertson Jacot and Anna Barker Jacot. He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. He then worked for and retired from NCR where he was a Senior Consulting Systems Engineer.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Ware of Dawsonville; sister-in-law, Nita Caldwell; and mother-in-law, Kathleen Walker.

At Mr. Ware’s request his remains are being cremated and a private family service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
