The Pickens High School Dragonettes and Dragons cross country teams celebrated unprecedented success with the Dragonettes finishing second in the Region 7-AAAA meet with 69 points and 11th in the state with 347 points, and the Dragons winning the region with 49 points and finishing ninth in the state with 282 points at the state meet. The teams celebrated with an annual banquet to recognize the team success, seniors and superlatives.Below are the results of all the races and each runner’s times.
