Mrs. Jewell Brooks, age 87 of Chattanooga, TN and formerly of Jasper, GA passed away at her residence on Wednesday February 18, 2015.She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law; Danny & Kay Brooks of Chattanooga, TN, daughter; Joan Stone of Chattanooga, TN, sister; Judy Floyd of Chattanooga, TN, grandchildren; Diane Brooks, Crystal & Scott McCoun, Jason & Carolyn Brooks, Amanda & Stephen Shipp, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Mrs. Brooks was preceded in death by her husband; Ben (Jim) Brooks and son; Johnny Brooks.

The family will receive friends on Friday February 20th from 1pm till 9pm and again on Saturday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour. Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm on Saturday February 21st from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Childers officiating. The interment will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
