Pickens County, GA – During their meeting on May 7th, 2015, Commission Chairman Robert Jones, announced that the City of Talking Rock is asking for the county’s help with cleaning ditches around the city.
They are also asking the county if they can help unstop driveway pipes as well. The city is willing to pay to replace the pipes and the gravel covering driveways over the pipes if the county is willing to offer their help.

The Chairman agreed as long as nothing was pressing for the county and no big construction projects were required.
