Rev. Howard Cantrell, age 75 of Talking Rock, passed away at Piedmont Hospital Atlanta on Thursday May 28, 2015.He is survived by his wife: Jean Cantrell of Talking Rock, daughters and sons-in-law: Cathy & David Tippens of Talking Rock, Jackie & Dale McClain of Calhoun, Louisanna, sister: Jean Cantrell of Buckhead, grandson: Ted Lakus III and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Cantrell was preceded in death by grandson: Brian Lakus and several brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Friday May 29, 2015 from 4:30pm until 10pm, on Saturday from 8am until 10pm and again on Sunday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm on Sunday at Talking Rock Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Allen & Kenneth Kirk officiating. The interment will follow in the church cemetery.
