Mr. Jack Collins, age 77 of Jasper, passed away Friday August 26, 2016 at Grady Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Collins is survived by his wife: Ann Collins of Jasper; sons and daughters-in-law: Sammy & Tammy Collins of Jasper and Steve & Cheryl Collins of Jasper; daughters and sons-in-law: Terri & Melvin Puckett of Jasper and Tammy & Bo Champion of Jasper; brother and sister-in-law: Bill & Faye Collins of Jasper; brothers-in-law: Tommy Massey and Kenny Massey of Jasper; sister-in-law: Paulette Massey of Jasper; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces: Jimmy & Kathy Cagle of Jasper and Keith & Maria Collins of Jasper; and several other nieces and nephews.

Mr. Collins was preceded in death by his parents: John D. & Willie Mae Collins; brother: Bobby Lee Collins; daughter: Tina Collins; and grandchildren: Paula Puckett and David Collins.

Visitation will be held Saturday August 27, 2016 from 6:00pm until 10:00pm, Sunday from 8:00am until 10:00pm, and on Monday from 8:00am until prior to the funeral hour. The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Monday August 29, 2016 at the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Shipman officiating. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
