To help with reducing the overtime of attendees 30 second introduction it was decided to bring back PWPC announcements written out and provided at the luncheon meetings. Announcements of special events, sales, and offers can be submitted by e-mail to a PWPC e-mail address checked by the Chamber staff. Deadline would be by Friday prior to the Thursday luncheon meeting. To save administrative costs the announcements will be printed out and provided in a sign holder for the middle of each table. Attendees can read the announcements and then write down any information that is important to them. This will eliminate waste of papers being left on the tables at the end of the meeting and also keeping the program to the half sheet instead of including it as extra pages. This will be verbally announced at the August meeting to be watching for information about it to begin with the September meeting.

Professional Women of Pickens County is excited for the year ahead of us. We have been working diligently to plan the networking meetings for 2017 in hopes that the new year will bring each of us the insight, knowledge and opportunity for growth through this program.

For the last seven years, you have paid $10.00 for the Professional Women of Pickens County Lunch meeting despite rising expenses with the facilities and caterers. Effective January 1, 2017, the price for the PWPC luncheon will increase to continue providing you with the quality meeting you have grown accustom to. Prices are as follows:

Members $12.00

Non-Members $15.00

After registration closes: $15.00

The Professional Women of Pickens County (PWPC) was established to create a forum for working women to support one another in all aspects of their busy lives. PWPC’s focus is to introduce extraordinary women to one another and help them utilize their unique talents in connecting each other to individuals that will help them springboard their businesses to the next level.
